Francis G. Allenby

Francis G. Allenby was born in Taranto, in 1960.

He got the certificate of schoolteacher, but never practised teaching and preferred earning his living with all sorts of jobs.

He started painting as a boy and refined his technique at the Art studio of Mr. Antonio Roberto Nitti, a renowned painter and architect.

He stayed for some time in Paris and got in touch with some other European artists.

He also joined exhibitions and retrospectives (‘Artists in the square’, 1998, ‘Views of the Old Town’, 2008)
